Frontier x Disney: New Creative Management Sim Sparks Disney Builder Game Speculation
Frontier Developments has revealed a major new partnership with Disney to create a brand‑new video game built around Disney’s legendary library of characters and worlds.
The Cambridge studio — known for Planet Coaster, Planet Zoo, Jurassic World Evolution and another unannounced Planet title currently in the works — will fully fund and develop the project. Frontier says the game will lean heavily on its Creative Management Simulation expertise, suggesting a Disney‑themed experience that blends creativity, building, and strategic play.
Frontier CEO Jo Cooke called the collaboration “a huge opportunity,” adding that the goal is to bring Frontier’s passionate community together with “one of the world’s most iconic and beloved brands.” Cooke says the team is already buzzing with ideas and is excited to show what Frontier can do with Disney’s universe of characters, stories, and settings.
