During lockdown there were a lot of businesses suffering and one in particular Replay Events has a long-standing relationship with the brilliant Retro Games Party (RGP).
As the PLAY Expo events had grown over the years, so did the arcade
section and the RGP team have continued to excel themselves every year by adding new machines to each successive show.
On a turnaround to this uncertain future outlook for RGP – Andy is delighted that now RGP will be merging into Replay Events to continue to provide support to the wider arcade community through the repairs and refurbishments side of the business, both at The Pixel Bunker and events across the UK and overseas.
“We had no idea when we could start running full-scale events again so we made the decision to open our own dedicated venue, which seemed like a crazy thing to do during a global pandemic!” (Andy Brown).

Along with the games themselves, the whole area is awash with retro and nostalgic memorabilia. From 80s bikes to ghetto blasters as well as video games props and retro-tech from a classic era. The whole scene is set for a nostalgic gaming journey into the past.
