For me, it’s light refraction puzzles. I CAN NOT abide them. Every time I come across them in a game, I shut my mind off to enjoyment and – with gritted teeth – power through, just to get to the next section.

When I covered the first volume of Dead by Daylight’s music back in October of last year, I remember being struck by how effective it was at capturing the foreboding, building tension – and subsequent explosive terror of the game itself.
Michel. F April completely nailed the tone, and it made listening through the selections of the soundtrack a perfect horror companion.
