Kilsquad Review
Hey there! If you're a fan of fast-paced, challenging, and fun shooting games, I think you might
enjoy Killsquad. The game offers a variety of unique characters with special weapons and
abilities, making it engaging and exciting to play. Whether you play solo or co-op, Killsquad
provides energetic action that will keep you on your toes.

As a bounty hunter, your job is to complete contracts that come your way, all whilst fighting through hordes of enemies and defeating bosses. You are a part of the Wahla Corporation, the organisation provides you with intel and once the job is all done will reward you with weapons or materials.
Killsquad is a typical top-down shooter, with the left analogue stick used for movement and the right for shooting. The controls are quite simple, with buttons being assigned for movements, abilities, skills, and special attacks, which makes it easy to pick up and play. The character's movements are smooth and responsive, making it a great experience for players who are new to this type of game.

The vibrant and eye-catching graphics make it easy to distinguish between monsters and navigate through the game. In addition, each monster has its attacks and weaknesses, so players must carefully consider which weapons to use for each mission, as certain elements can cause more damage.

One of the things I love about Killsquad is the chance to play with others in online co-op. You can join a lobby when you start playing, and other players can join. With five different heroes to choose from, each with unique abilities and weapons, there's plenty of variety to keep things interesting in this area. It’s a shame that Killsquad doesn’t offer local co-op, especially since there are multiple characters to choose from, it seems like a missed opportunity as some players prefer local co-op as opposed to playing online or on their own. This could be something that the developers could focus on in future titles.

One of the downsides to Killsquad is that it's a heavy looter, and the story is pretty irrelevant. There's no real end-game content, and the focus on the hunt for loot can be a bit overwhelming. Also, there can be long periods where you don't have any players joining, so you end up doing missions yourself. However, when you are able to play with a friendly group of bounty hunters, it makes the experience more enjoyable.

SUMMARY
To summarise, Killsquad is a good top-down shooter looter, with range - whether you're a solo player or looking for a co-op experience, there are plenty of challenging missions to complete and unique characters to play with.

There is a huge amount of loot on offer, and the game is fairly accessible with regard to the upgrade mechanics. There were moments when it didn’t hold my attention as much as it could have, and the lack of story didn't help.

That said, if you get a good group of friends to play this, you will have a fun gaming session.
