"I am reaching out from deep space as we are in our last few days of the Star Traders 2 KickStarter Campaign

We're a hair's breadth away from funding now, and I am hoping that we can enlist the help of the Games Freezer Followers in achieving our mission to launch The STAR TRADERS 2 Vessel on time......read on for more important information.....

Earlier last week, we were given the award of Staff Pick on KickStarter, and we were Featured by KickStarter as the game of the day a few days later.

Here's why we want YOU to help.....

Star Traders 2 Mission Briefing:

In Star Traders 2 RPG, you play a Captain of a Star Trader vessel, plying the galaxy’s rough frontier or wealthy inner core as a pirate, smuggler military captain, or any other profession of your choosing.

What sets Star Traders 2 apart is the focus on the story of your Captain and crew, and specifically on the friendships, frictions, relationships, and betrayals at a human level.

Over time, your choices of morality, profession, and how to conduct your business as a Captain will create a realistic cast of characters around you.

If you are a righteous military captain, a crew of straight-laced and straight-backed hardliners will form your retinue, while a ruthless pirate will find the good-hearted among his crew deserting to be replaced by outlaws, criminals and blackhearts.

The depth of detail, relationships, and adaptive change in the characters will be played out against a stellar backdrop of turmoil and strife.

You’ll hand pick a crew, custom upgrade your ship, and fight, trade, pirate or smuggle to find a way to keep your crew paid, some fuel in the tank, and the ship repaired.

You’ll roam through a massive procedural galaxy with freedom of choice in morality, goals, and career.

Star Traders 2 RPG is a turn-based 2D RPG in the traditional of the original Star Traders, where the view will follow at times your ship and at times follow your Captain.

The ship views will include travel and ship on ship combat, while the views following your Captain will include landing on planets, visiting urban and wild areas, and boarding combat between two ships.

With 3 days left (&counting) in the project, we are within $4,000 of our $50,000 goal to complete the game.
