I stumbled across this cool website whilst doing my usual rounds of Twitter and it's exactly the kind of site I love. A proper love letter to retrogaming which contains brilliantly penned articles on games you may not necessarily have heard of before.
So as I have been going about my daily business the one thing that has been in the back of my mind has been....... "Where Should I Install The Metal Detectors?"
I've spent the last 10 days playing the marvellous indie game Prison Architect and I just had to write a piece on it from my point of view (Immediately, special mention must go to @AverageManvsPi for introducing me to the delights of P.A)
It's currently available on Steam through Early Access and is currently in its Alpha stage.

I saw this brilliant film from Disney last week and I smiled from ear to ear for a solid hour and a half.
Basically it's a retro gamer dream that's oozing with classic video games characters and takes you down memory lane through the eyes of a brilliant video games arcade and a video game that you could easily mistake for being a genuine retro arcade game.
Retrogaming Arcade Cabinets are still my favourite form of video games entertainment that was borne from the fact that I would spend many a pound in the local arcades around my area as a youngster. Armed with my £5 worth of pocket money I would often visit the local video (VHS) rental store and spunk it all on an arcade gaming session. Five pound was 30 credits back then (50p for 3 credits) and that £5 was the best fiver that I spent, it brought me joy untold as I tried in vain to beat the latest arcade game.

I have given a lot of retrogaming love to the GameBoy over the years and any new GameBoy inspired game makes me break out in bouts of nostalgia. I'm sure you will all be pleased to know that I've discovered an Android game called Tilt Planes vs. Aliens that has quenched my thirst for GameBoy related tomfoolery and it's actually a pretty cool game.
